Feel free to build crux with only banner, scholarship and Ulfisid, and cut knife to fit Whirling blades in.
It is aimed to be an universal setup so I wouldn't do Tideborn here as it doesnt boost your ult, but ultimately the best would be to have an Acuity setup for when you plan on ulting and using Tideborn otherwise.
