The sorc remains an incredibly strong single target DD, but it's class mastery pairs nicely with the werewolf rework to give a really valuable support DD slot in a trial, freeing up a healer to use a set other than Spell Power Cure to provide courage. This makes the sorc versatile and useful.
I have parsed 173k in this setup but there is a higher ceiling. Video linked.
Under the Sorc Werewolf build you will see the variation for this. Note this exact same set up also works on a pure Nightblade, and whilst it may parse higher, it might not offer as much group utility. For the Sorc WW you should run Feral Pounce, Hircine's Rage, Bloody Gnash, Ferocious Roar, Bloodclaws and WW Berserker.
For Sorc DPS it's: Mora's Scribe, Monolith, Slime (Medium), Shattered Paths
For WW Sorc it's: Null Arca, Savage Werewolf, Slime (Light), Shattered Paths
You can also change up the build for add pulls in trials. Third set up provided for this under "Sorc WW Trash fights"
For regular sorc, the rotation is dynamic. Crystal frags takes all priority and you should cast it as soon as procs. You should also cast bound armaments when it reaches its appropriate stacks. DoTs should be re-applied when they run out (letting Haunting Curse detonate both times). For Overload, activate it at the beginnning of the parse and let it drop down to approximately 140 ult before turning it back off. Let your ult build back up during the fight and re-activate Overload at approximately 15% health remaining for execute.
