The Banneret card is part of the Saint Pelin Patron Deck in the Tales of Tribute card game in ESO (Elder Scrolls Online). It is an endgame card that costs 9 Coins. While you have the Banneret card active, you can activate the card as long as it is on your table for 3 Power every time your turn is active. The enemy also has to first attack the Banneret with 5 Power to start transferring Power into Prestige again. The Banneret card can be upgraded to Knight Commander which has a new healing effect on the card. If you manage to pull off a 2x combo you will heal the agent for 2 health.
