This build currently has three setups, one for score running in veteran Vateshran Hollows, and one for soloing Harrowstorms (plus all but one world boss) and most normal DLC dungeons/veteran base game dungeons.
All three variations of the build play fairly the same, but their sets differentiate things a bit for slightly different purposes. Twice-Fanged Seperent with Lethal Injection provides excellent add clear for Vateshran Hollows, allowing you to pull adds with ease with a very strong single ability. Pillar of Nirn provides amazing single target damage on bosses and very tightly grouped adds. Venomous Smite provides very good single target damage on bosses with excellent cleave, but at the possibility of the proc firing on a low health enemy and losing that proc when the enemy dies.
The rotation for all three setups for actual content is: Critical Surge > Razor Caltrops > Hurricane/Poison Injection > Crystal Fragments (procced or not) > spam Focused Aim. While spamming Focused Aim, keep up Caltrops at 14 seconds to maintain major breach, keep up Hurricane or Poison Injection on cooldown (which you use depends on the situation, generally Poison Injection will deal more single target damage, but Hurricane makes kiting enemies easier and provides more area of effect damage for stationary fights), and fire off Crystal Fragments whenever it is procced (the skill icon turns pink and your hands glow) or when you need a bit extra healing.
Keep your potion up on cooldown. The guide says Tri-Stat potions, but if you are on a khajiit or a wood elf, trash essence of stamina potions work just fine. Tri-stat potions can be used for harder content for the extra health recovery and heal however, which is very useful.
The build is very simple, and very effective.
Possibly coming soon: more defensive options for harder hitting content like veteran DLC dungeons.
