Barrier Spam Healer - Sorcier Construire PvE - ESO

☆The key to the Barrier spam build is high ulti cost reduction. We do this using the following sources:

•Potentates- 15% ulti cost reduction

•Power stone passive- 15% ulti cost reduction

•Imperial race- 6% Ulti cost reduction

•Intricate Runeforms passive- 10% Barrier cost reduction

•Shield master cp- 10% Barrier cost reduction.

◇By combining Multiple infused potion speed enchants on the Jewellery with the catalyst passive from the siphoning skill line, we can generate 22 ulti every 21 secs. Then we have the transfer passive from siphoning, base ulti gen from light attacking, Major heroism from trample, minor heroism from either potions/someone else in group providing it, and the Decisive trait on our resto staff.

◇ All these combined give very very high ulti gen, which combined with the massive reduction in cost of barrier ulti will have u casting barriers while the previous one is still active.

♤Flex skills:- Chakram of destiny & Regeneration are the only skills i would consider swapping out if needed. U can use trample on front bar if u prefer. These are some skills u may find useful-
