Omen Of The Bones/ Necromancer magicka dd PVE build.
Currently a work in progress, I've managed to hit 80k on this build. I don't really like setting up dummy gear as I feel like it is inaccurate as to how I would play (If you like that kinda thing, go right head. Just my opinion on it)
Anyways, this build is a work in progress for me, but I thought I would share it and update it as I get better at it.
