• You can replace Velothi Ur with Sea Serpent.

• Sweep can be replace with a ultimate of your choice.
• Blazing Spear can be replaced with another skill.
• Shocking Banner can be replace if you don't want to deal with balancing your resources or if someone else in the group is running the same Banner as you.
   

Execute

 If using Radiant Oppression then start spamming it after 40% and if using Radiant Glory start at 33%. Once in execute then only things you want to keep up is skills that increase damage (like Solar Barrage) and skills give you major brutality, sorcery, savagery, and prophecy so at most you want to keep up at least 3 skills. Everything else you want to drop. You'll also want to use your ultimate Dawnbreaker to increase your damage on the bream even more. If you slot Shocking Banner then at pop it just before you start breaming. Just make sure if you bar swap to reactivate Banner before breaming again and in my opinion only activate Banner at around 40% otherwise you might be out of magicka before you can even bream. Using banner is a balancing act your going to have to learn when it's the best time for YOU to use. If a support or another dps is running shocking banner then drop and slot another skill.
