Turning Tide – BIS set, gives Major Vulnerability
Drake’s Rush –Gives higher DPS % than Yolnahkriin when DDs use Ultimate on cooldown. Could be swapped with Yolnahkriin in PUG groups.
Most people would likely want to run Turning Tide on the body and Drake's Rush on the weapons/jewelry. Since I'm using Void Bash and Power Slam does more damage, I pick-up flowing water on my back bar and proc Turning Tide on my front with Power Slam.
Barrier Ultimate on Front Bar for Magicka recovery, but using War Horn as main Ultimate.
Crown food can be used for most content along with Tri-stat Potions.
Red CP and skills can vary by dungeon to optimize to the content.
