Solo Magplar - Templier Construire PvE - ESO

This build is designed to use a 2 bar easy magicka rotation, it's very tanky and has really good sustain and self-healing while damaging, specially while there are adds nearby to kill, if you are doing content with not many adds (single target) then other options could be better and probably stamina build  is more recommended as probably it will be easier to sustain.

Depending on the content: Living dark could be replaced with Resolving Vigor for higher armor but lower healing, Markyn Ring of Majesty could be replaced by Ring of Pale Order for more healing but lower resistances and damage. In addition other alternative sets to Warrior-Poet could be Leeching Plate and alternatives to False God could be either Deadly Strikes or Burning Spellwave (except the pale order variant, the rest of them haven't been tested, with pale order the build works well and don't feel much slower in clearing content). 

If you apply you dots/buffs, you can have effective: 30k+ mag, health and armor, 4300 spell damage, over 11k pen and 1400 mag recovery + 900 stam recovery. You won't have any sustain problem even without using potions as far as you are constantly killing adds, if you don't have many adds around you might have a bit of sustain issues that can be easily solved with heavy attacks and potions.

The build has been tested in skyreach, soloing dragons, veteran maelstrom as well as few 4 arcs in IA (and I left cos it was a bit boring XD).

Screenshots are taken in small (300k health) training dummy. Making around 24k damage in approx. 13s in average after many tests.
