Moon-bishop Stormcrafter: PvP - Sorcier Construire PvE - ESO

Since you are a Pure Sorcerer (no subclassing), you unlock the specialized Mastery passives. These are what bridge the gap against the Arcanist.

• Slot 1: Font of Power
  • The Effect: Increases Weapon and Spell Damage by 1% for every 1750 Max Magicka.
  • Why: With ~42,000 Magicka, you gain a flat 24% damage increase. This scales your Heavy Attack, your Hurricane, and your Ultimate. It’s the ultimate "passive stat-stick."
• Slot 2: Static Reverberation (Implosion)
  • The Effect: 1% chance per 1% of missing Health to strike the target for 31.5% extra Shock Damage.
  • The No-Pet Bonus: Because you have 0 pets, your chance is not divided. On a boss at 50% health, you have a 50% chance on every single tick of your lightning staff to trigger an extra strike.

Primary Companion: Zerith-Var

• Role: Tank (Sword & Shield, Heavy Armor).
• The Synergy: Zerith-var has a unique "Reactive Pull." Unlike other tanks who have to chase enemies, Zerith-var makes the enemies come to him (and therefore, into your Unstable Wall). He natively applies Major Breach (-5948 Armor), allowing you to swap Elemental Susceptibility for more damage or utility if you choose.
• Skill Loadout:
  • Perigean Armor: This is his core tank skill. It grants him Major Resolve (Armor) and pulls ranged enemies toward him every 2 seconds when they hit him. This is the "Vacuum" effect.
  • Sepulchral Chill: Zerith-var creates a 6-meter frost zone. It deals damage and applies Major Breach. If an enemy stands in this, they die significantly faster to your lightning.
  • Provoke (1H+S): The standard taunt. He keeps the boss's face away from your Steam Deck screen.
  • Dark Moon Totem: He drops a totem that grants you Minor Protection (5% less damage taken) and fears nearby enemies. It’s a massive "panic button" that keeps you safe.
  • Crescent Scythe: A self-heal and AoE swipe. It keeps him alive and generates a "corpse" that he can use for other necromancy mechanics.
  • Ultimate: Blade of the Crossing: Zerith-var summons a massive spectral blade that deals high damage and grants you Minor Magickasteal, helping your resource sustain.
