Concussion-Maxxing: Threads of War - Zauberer Baue PvP - ESO

This is a sneaky Divines build meant to maximize sources of shock damage + status effect chance.

We are not using Ele Sus, because every 7.5-second tick of it does direct damage, which breaks us out of stealth on tankier targets that manage to survive. Wield Soul with the sorc class script provides 2 individual sources of shock damage + major breach, which is potentially 2 concussions in addition to the base shock damage (instead of 1 concussion + burning + chilled and no base damage).

You can play with the attributes to your liking -- 64 into health with Jewels of Misrule will give you 28.8k health in Battlegrounds, at the expense of some tooltip damage.

On the max status effect chance version (Heartland & Symmetry), Force Pulse replaces Endless Fury as our execute, since it does massive damage when all 3 status effects proc and can be spammed when targets are above 20% health.
