As a general habit, you want to use your Lash first and lash the trashpack until you get your Lash damage buff, and then you can do your normal beam rotation on the next packs.
This is the most universal setup I could think of, you can always custom things around, for exemple using maelstrom 2h/staff backbar if the pack is relatively long, depending on if it's safe for you to stampede or not.
You can use either Languid or Standard depending of the pack, keep in mind that you can use standard in two different packs if you are fast, and that optimally I would recommend to use the Acuity version of the setup whenever you want to drop a big ult.
If you don't have Kazpian, Ansuul is litteraly the same, I just find the set kinda cool and it works very well here, as it will always be at least as good as Ansuul and sometimes stronger.
You can use cavalier's charge on the banner if your tank is providing you with good Rapids uptime, but Imo that's not realistic.
A nice swap can be the templar beam to kill the last add while already running to the next pack, as the first person on a pack is the one doing the most damage.
