Shock Reaper (Status effect build): Overcharged - Sorcier Construire PvE - ESO

Overview: This is a 1.5 Bar, Solo/DPS build with great Damage, Survivability, and sustain built in. It's a Status effect using Shattered Path Signe, leaning heavily into Shock. It also procs (3x) hemorrhage, burning, poisoning, and chilled. Great single target and splash AOE.  -(Overcharged guide is at the end)-

Prebuff: Quick Cloak, Boundless Storms, Crit Surge

Rotation: Lightning Flood, Elemental Susceptibility, 3x (Ruinous Scythe, Shocking Soul) ... Repeat

When needed, pop Lightning Flood, Ele Sus, and reset your back bar buffs.

Gear: Shattered Path Signet, Storm Cursed, Overwhelming Surge, any monster set with either crit or penetration

Alternate Gear: Monolith of Storms, Xanmeer Spellweaver, Serpent's Disdain

How it Works: 

Your prebuffs all last 30 sec, making it easy to apply them all in 1 go.

Lightning Flood: A good AOE DOT, procs Overwhelming surge and Storm Cursed sets

Elemental Susceptibility: Procs Concussed, Burning, Chilled, and major breach (and it's free)

Ruinous Scythe: Procs Hemorrhaging, does bleed damage, and gives us big heals

Shocking Soul: Shock Damage, AOE Shock Damage (class mastery), and gives us Major Intellect/Endurance (Major Vitality is a good option, but hungry Scythe drains stam pretty quickly). can proc Storm-Cursed set2x

Hardened Ward: Gives a great Damage shield and gives extra weapon/spell damage with sorc passives

Quick Cloak + Blackrose Swords: Procs Piosion status effect, weapon glyph, gives Major Evasion, +6% damage & damage reduction, and ruffian passive. Swords boost the damage of the boundless storm, and we don't need other twin blades and blunt passives since we get off the back bar so fast.

Boundless Storms: Grants Major Resolve and procs Overwhelming surge and Storm Cursed sets

Crit Surge: Grants Major Brutality and gives a a great heal

Bound Armaments: Slotted for the Major savagery

Streak: Our stun and gap closer 

Ultimates: We won't really use the ultimates since we are using the Shattered Path Signet, which boosts our status effect damage based on how much ulti we have. 

Dawnbreaker is front-bared for the Fighter's Guild passives. 

Lacerate or Ravenous Goliath are our back bar "Oh S**" ultimates.
