You can play around with this build as its super adapatable. The traits on the jewlery can be infused since there is literally no reason for anyone ever to ever use bloodthirsty. Even on a trial dummy parse its not statistically significant over infused for stamina (med armor) builds but your call.
Stick with the Boiche elves though since its in the spirit of the build :) Also, you will never need to worry about stamina.
