Rotation: 

Subterranean Assault - Fetcher Infection - Winter’s Revenge - Unstable Wall of Elements - Mystic Orb - Budding Seeds Subterranean Assault - Barbed Trap - ? - ? - ? - Budding Seeds

• Prebuff Blue Betty, Green Lotus, Elemental Drain and Budding Seeds
• Use you ultimate on cooldown or safe up more for longer Major Slayer
• Use second budding seeds cast for burst healing and immediately reapply it
• Use excess global cooldowns for early recasts or heavy attacks during position changes or before difficult phases
