Off Meta but fun lightning sorcerer- no pet version - Sorcier Construire PvE - ESO

The name of the game is to set down all of your DOTs, get close to the enemy, and let the storm cursed revenge set do its thing. I always prebuff with boundless storm, set down my backbar lightning DOTS, and then front bar DOTS. Use crystal frags spammable whenever you can, and always use your backbar ultimate when its ready. You will have lightning absolutely everywhere, and it does best in trash pulls but definitely holds its own in single target as well. Bound aegis and inner light are just bar buffers in this version of the build.

Whorl of the depths is better if you have it. You can switch it for pillar of nirn and it will play the same but you'll do more damage.
