Off Meta but fun lightning sorcerer - Sorcier Construire PvE - ESO

Make sure you always have Daedric Prey going because it is very powerful in this build. This is priority number one. After that, the name of the game is to set down all of your DOTs, get close to the enemy, and let the storm cursed revenge set do its thing. This set will proc so much and you will have lightning everywhere, deleting any trash mobs you get close to. After setting down DOT's just use the crystal frags spam able. Rinse and repeat.

Dawnbreaker is just there for the fighters guild passive on front bar, always use Atronach for max DPS since its getting a 45% buff from Daedric Prey. The matriarch is there for emergency heal because I play a lot of solo. If you are primarily in groups you'll get slightly more dps from the other morph. Monster set is also there for more survivability. Maw of the infernal does more damage but its annoying for tank in group settings. 

Whorl of the depths is better if you have it. You can switch it for pillar of nirn and it will play the same but you'll do more damage.
