Lightning Mage - Sorcier Construire PvE - ESO

Gear isn't firm, Mora's Scribe Thesis works great (and helps sustain since it's light armor), but if wanting a medium option or unable to do Lucent Citadel, then run Ansuul's Torment. 

With Mora's Scribe Thesis and this setup, you are getting 5.2% critical chance and 3% critical damage solo. When adding buffs in a team setup, it will easily hit the maximums for the set. 

Essentially, try to get Storm-Cursed Revenge to proc as often as possible. 

Back bar lines up with two 15 second skills and two skills that can be cast every 30 seconds so it's easy to manage. 

Front bar shocking burst can be swapped out for bound armaments for a single target DPS & sustain increase, but do note that it is at the cost of Storm-Cursed procs. 

Cleave damage is pretty good with Storm-Cursed, liquid lightning, blockade, and shocking burst. Single target damage is good with haunting curse, and the wield soul with crystal fragments proc.
