This is a purely thematic build and is by no means meta. I wanted to make a build based around blood and bleed damage for a vampire primarily for Infinite Archive, but you can use it for almost any solo content.
This build could also work as a PvE tank with some small tweaks. Change out the 2h weapon for a sword and shield and the 2h skills for Pierce Armor and Shield Throw.
If you wanted to get more damage out of it, switch out the Crimson Twilight for either Unleashed Terror or Macabre Vintage, the Monster Set for Lady Thorn, and the Beckoning Armor skill for Stampede from the 2h skill line.
