Kal's Full Metal Arcanist - Construire PvE - ESO

I put together this Arcanist build to find out for myself just how easy and reliable Arcanist DPS can be. The build combines Herald of the Tome, Assassination and Aedric Spear to create a powerful DPS build that has a simple, static rotation while enabling 120k+ parses without breaking a sweat.

• Turn on [Shocking Banner].
• Buff up with Quick Cloak & Inspired Scholarship before leaping into battle with Stampede.
• Hit your main target with Fulminating Rune.
• Cast Cephaliarch's Flail twice to build up max crux before using Pragmatic Fatecarver to spend it.
• Refresh Stampede & Fulminating Rune every 20 seconds or so.
• Refresh Quick Cloak & Inspired Scholarship every 30 seconds or so.
• Be sure to refresh Quick Cloak before dropping your ultimate, The Tide King's Gaze.
• Concealed Weapon, Merciless Resolve, & Soul Harvest are slotted for the passive benefits they provide - no need to incorporate them into your rotation.

This build certainly isn't breaking the mold. It leverages well-known and often-used sets along a very standard skill setup. I think this is a great option for newer players as it is very forgiving and with very little practice, you'll be dishing out some serious damage.
