Guide

Explication de la construction
Ce guide est écrit en Anglais.

Overview:

A build designed for solo play, story and PuG dungeons that focuses on being self-reliant for both damage, sustain and buffs. Main source of damage is DoTs and Status Effects.

The build provides both Major buffs to damage and crit, Major Breach to enemies, and Minor Courage for extra damage and Minor Cowardice for damage mitigation. Sustain comes from the health and resource regen from Siphoning Attacks, which should always be triggering due to the many dots. The focus on DoT offers a high degree of mobility for repositioning.

Does not require any specific gear except a Flame Staff (to benefit from the DK passives and add an extra DoT), but extra crit and crit damage will help. Penetration for non-veteran dungeons should be covered, leaving you free to focus on more damage or other utility you may like.

Needs subclassing into Dragonknight - Ardent Flame and NightBlade - Siphoning

Potential damaging status effects: Burning, Poison, Disease, Hemorrhaging

Rotation:
Nothing too fancy. You can pull with Fulmination Rune. Next make sure your Major Brutality/Sorcery from Power Extraction is up, hit the enemy with Cephaliarchs Flail and Noxious Breath  to get the extra damage debuffs going. Then load them up with all the other dots. Do not forget the dot from Staff Heavy Attack. Keep Hemorrhage going with Rending Slashes until it is time to reapply the dots.

When under pressure, or just for a bit of extra burst when all dots are up, use Pragmatic Fatecarver. The shield should allow you a breather to wait for regen while still getting some damage in.

Attributes:
Most of your damage is Stamina, so focus on that. In PuG dungeons you are likely to draw aggro from a few adds from AoE dots, so add enough health that you can take a few hits.

Gear:
Armor should be 5 medium/2 light, just because the medium passives are more useful, but there is some benefit from the light passives in the form of Penetration, Spell Resistance and Crit.

The only required weapon is a Flame staff. DW combo can be anything you fancy, I prefer Axe/Dagger for more crit potency.
