You can change the jewelry enchantments to Restore Stamina or Magic. Maybe disease damage enchantment on dagger instead of poison.

These are some of my favorite healer builds in ESO. These are also the main gear-sets that most groups will want a healer to have. Perfected gear is nice but not a huge deal.
