Could the Bloodspawn Monster Set Make a Comeback in ESO High Isle?

Engendro de Sangre is a monster set  in the Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) that used to be very common for tanks to use, however is today mostly relegated to beginner builds or tanks who choose to run an "off-meta" setup for fun. When it comes to the tanking meta, Engendro de Sangre was largely replaced by other sets that give more directly useful buffs to the group, such as Behemot de Engracio, Encarnado de magma, and the Mythic item Bufa de la ruina.

With the new item sets coming to the game in High Isle however, could it be possible for Engendro de Sangre to become a good set again?
