Could the Bloodspawn Monster Set Make a Comeback in ESO High Isle?

L’Engeance de sang is a monster set  in the Elder Scrolls Online (ESO) that used to be very common for tanks to use, however is today mostly relegated to beginner builds or tanks who choose to run an "off-meta" setup for fun. When it comes to the tanking meta, L’Engeance de sang was largely replaced by other sets that give more directly useful buffs to the group, such as Béhémoth d'Encratis, Le Magma Incarné, and the Mythic item La Spallière de ruine.

With the new item sets coming to the game in High Isle however, could it be possible for L’Engeance de sang to become a good set again?
