Magicka Necromancer Build for ESO Test 1 - DPS PVE: Beginner - Nécromancien Construire

It might be a bit confusing that we are using medium armor sets [Kinras's Wrath] and [Perfected Arms of Relequen]. However, these sets outperform any light armor set currently and therefore are the best choice even for a magicka build.

You will also see that some of the skills cost magicka and some cost stamina. We pick the morph and skill that deals the most damage, we have enough sustain to support both stamina and magicka based skills with the [Oakensoul Ring]. 

Both the best in slot and beginner setups are very similar. However, the beginner setup has gear that is a lot easier to obtain in ESO.
