Released: August 1, 2016 - PC/Mac, Consoles - Patch Notes

This Update is focused on the Dark Brotherhood and an Argonian storyline, releasing two dungeons which continue the DLC releases of dungeons. This time round it's Ruins of Mazzatun and Cradle of Shadows. There were a couple of QOL changes, mainly to crafting and some trial improvements.

Two new 4-player dungeons to be completed on Normal, Veteran or Veteran Hard-Mode

Crafting

Clothier Surveys now drop leather as well as cloth
Four new Crafting Motifs
- Dark Brotherhood
  - Complete Sacraments for chapters
  - Contracts contain Black Beeswax style items
- Minotaur
  - Complete the daily quest to kill Limenauruus for chapters
  - Minotaurs may drop Oxblood Fungus Spores, ten of which make one Oxblood Fungus style item
- Order of the Hour
  - Complete the daily quest to conquer the Kvatch Arena for chapters
  - Grains of Pearl Sand can be refined into Pearl Sand style items
- Dro-m'Athra
  - Chapters can be found in the rewards chest at the completion of the Maw of Lorkhaj repeatable quest
  - Defiled Whiskers are dropped by bosses in Maw of Lorkhaj

New Features

Cyrodiil towns can be captured
Champion Point cap increase from 501 to 531
Rebalancing and adjustments to Racial Passive abilities
ESO+ members have the ability to dye their costumes
Crown Store features now include:
- Name Change
- Appearance & Race Change
- Dye Stamps
Console text chat
Added the ability to trade bind-on-pickup items to group members in Dungeons and Trials
Trial improvements
- Aetherian Archive and Hel Ra Citadel difficulty increase
  - This adds Normal and Veteran modes, revamped rewards, new achievements, and level scaling
- Dragonstar Arena improvements
  - Increased monster difficulty and revamped rewards
- Improved Undaunted Chests
  - There will always be a Monster Set shoulder piece in the Gold chest, often in the Silver chest, and occasionally in the Bronze chest
