Vampires and Cursed Ghosts: High Isle's Two New Public Dungeons in ESO

The new High Isle Chapter for the Elder Scrolls Online contains two new public dungeons - the Spire of the Crimson Coin and Ghost Haven Bay.

Public dungeons are similar to delves but are designed with groups in mind, so they are generally larger and with larger groups of enemies and slightly tougher bosses. A lot of players will still be able to survive just fine on their own though.

Today we will have a quick look at these new dungeons and the rewards you can get for completing their associated quests, without giving any story spoilers for the dungeons.

The Spire of the Crimson Coin is actually located on the small island that can be seen on the map to the East of High Isle itself. You can access the dungeon via a boat on the beach on the High Isle shore.

The dungeon is home to vampires and necromancers, and the other enemy types generally associated with them such as flesh atronachs. The dungeon has a quest which you can get from Sir Rayan, who is found on the beach near the boat that takes you to the island initially.

Crimson Bone Hammer memento in ESO High IsleFor completing the quest, you will get the , a memento which can be quick slotted and activated whenever you want. The memento causes your character to quench a large bone hammer in a pool of water.

Ghost Haven Bay Dungeon in ESO

Ghost Haven Bay is located on the Eastern shore of Amenos, the northern island in the zone. Outside the entrance to the dungeon, you will encounter a deckhand who wants to retrieve some family treasure from within, but is concerned for his safety due to an apparent curse afflicting the bay, so he needs your help.

Ghost Haven Bay Public Dungeon in ESO High IsleThe dungeon is populated by Hadolids, who are kind of like hostile crab people, reef vipers, and various types of ghosts.

You can learn more about the curse that is afflicting Ghost Haven Bay during the quest, and completing the quest will also earn you a memento, called the . Using the memento will summon a small spectral ship.
