There's 10 possible locations where you can find the Adoring Admirer. He shares these spawn points with a possible 5 other NPCs, so it might take you some time to find him.

Every time you meet him, he will call out to you with one of the following lines:

During your first encounter with the Adoring Admirer, he will ask you to help him as he wants to get into dangerous situations. Regardless of your choices, at the end he will run off excitedly, probably up to getting into some trouble!

The second time you meet the Adoring Admirer, you will find him wearing an eyepatch. When you talk to him he will tell you about his adventure and that he wants to go visit Black Marsh. No matter your response, he will run off excitedly to black Marsh.

The third time you meet the Adoring Admirer, he will be very pale and his eyes will be absolutely white. He will tell you that he had been turned into a vampire and that he now wants to inspect the dragons in Elsweyr. No matter your response, he will run off excitedly towards Elsweyr.

The fourth time you meet the Adoring Admirer, he is now pretty ghostly and dead. He is still happy to see you, but will tell you that he found out that vampires are not immune to fire. He is not sad though that he died, as he has experienced more during these past adventures than he has ever experienced in his life. He thanks you for finally letting him live the life he always dreamt about.

With this, the Adoring Admirer will disappear and you will get the achievement Most Admired.
