How do I start the Psijic Order in ESO?

As soon as you have access to Artaeum you can talk to Loremaster Celarus in the Psijic Order tower which will start the quest to join the Psijic Order in ESO

How do I get Psijic Order quest?

In order to get the Psijic Order quest you first have to accept and follow the main quest in Summerset until you get to Artaeum. There, in the tower, you can pick up the Psijic Order quest from Loremaster Celarus.

How long is Psijic Order?

It depends on whether you have a friend or explored Tamriel on your own already to have all the Wayshrines. If you do it can take something between 3-4 hours, also depending on the speed of your mount.

How do I get to Artaeum in ESO?

You need to follow the main story quest in Summerset in order to get to Artaeum. You can't teleport to a friend, you have to get access first through the quest, which will automatically lead you there.
