A bit of everything, what a Tamriel hero might need:

- a nice alley of trees to have shelter from the Alik'r sun.
- a boat for cruises or fishing trips

- a shrine of Boetia

- two outside and an inside sleeping place for warmer and colder nights

- a rustical kitchen

- a simple outside pool

- a botanical little garden on the rooftops

- a nice balcony to take afternoon tea

- and a few little other things to discover :P …
