Many Options given for secondary set depending if you're more support or healing based.

Primary set is Kagrenac's Hope to boost revive speed.

Master Ritualist = +20% revive speed, they revive with 100% more HP, chance to fill soul gem on successful revive

Kagrenac's Hope = +25% revive speed, Restore magicka on successful revive

Spirit Mastery Champion Point = +33% revive speed

Battle Resurrection = +30% revive speed in PvP areas

Secondary is healing done or supportive set, such as Jorvold's Guidance if you like granting buffs and damage shields to allies. Radiating Aura, Combat Prayer, and Steadfast Ward / Ward Ally are effected.

Alternatively, if you are PvP and using the escapists poison, you can use Assassin's Guile to extend its effects.

The way Beacon of Oblivion is worded, it looks like anyone could use it, but that turns out not to be the case. It's a Sorc class only set. Healer's Habit is the next best thing. Well, unless you use Rune Focus or Purifying Light constantly. Perfected Transformative Hope would be better then, at 8% rather than 5%.
