Sustained loop — strict priority order

1. Igneous Weapons — under ~5s remaining
2. Shatterspike Mantle — expired (also refills Landslide stacks)
3. Endless Hail — expired
4. Poison Injection — expired
5. Disintegrating Dragonfire — Major Breach dropped
6. Searing Claw — expired. Never let this fall off; expiry resets the 10%-per-2s ramp
7. Stampede — keep Merciless Charge at 12 stacks and the ground DoT live
8. Molten Whip — at 3 Seething Fury stacks
9. Magma Fist — filler. Hold the max-Heat-Shock cast to land the +66% window

Rules

• Let DoTs expire naturally where you can. Expiry is what triggers Wildfire Embers. Refreshing early costs you your biggest damage source.
• Cast Standard of Might on cooldown, not on a burn phase timer. Nord's Ultimate income is high enough that hoarding it wastes generation.
• Onslaught before an execute window, once Standard is already down.
• Stampede is an approach tool and a Merciless Charge driver, not a spammable. Magma Fist out-damages it once you are stacked and in melee range.
• One Heroism potion on pull, then on cooldown. You are not saving them.
