shield throw 3x proc will hit with DA bonus, major breach, and concussed minor vulnerability applied. hits like a truck and they will usually dodge roll. add the other two dots hopefully with a poison. weave in merciless resolve (I like to dragon leap into merciless) and bar swap so it will get your 20% crit damage from the frontbar

protection from mythic is extremely strong, and the red cp for protection on the frontbar really  counters the vuln
