Frost warden: Ice blitz - Построй PvP - ESO

unbreakable ice: This build is incredibly tanky, yet still capable of putting out damage. There are many ways to run this based on group needs and personal preference. 7 heavy will give you ~45k resistances, but you won't have a lot of damage. I typically run 4 medium, 3 light, giving me a base 9.5k penetration. I highly recommend running light armor to offset some of the 20% cost increase aetherial gives. If you don't want to run aetherial (10.3k armor) because the 20% cost increase, run fellowship's fortitude  (7.4k armor), brass (6.4k armor and health),  or pariah. The 20% cost increase aetherial gives to break free, sprint, and block can be mitigated using the CP system and light armor bonuses (5% per piece). The high crit resist might seem overkill but i've come across some hard hitting crit builds and running rallying cry, crit resist CP, and all impen negates 70% crit damage. Monster sets are personal, I switch between bloodspawn and balorgh depending on how PvP is going, but most of the time i run balorgh. I've settled on the dawns wrath skill line for the power of the light skill and minor sorcery. Power of the light somewhat acts as an execute. I was able to hit 6.5k spell damage without balorgh while using 3x infused damage glyphs. Crystallized shield is a must run skill for defense. There are so many people running spec bow and a shield reflecting projecticles is the quickest way to keeping ranged attacks off of you. I love this build, i love the tankiness this build offers while also pushing over 6k spell damage and 23k penetration. Even at 7 heavy and bloodspawn, you still get over 11k pen with nearly 50k resistances, you wouldn't hit as hard, but you would play a nice support damage role in group PvP

Ice blitz: this is theory crafted as of now so some things are set to change. This is a very high burst PvP build and as of is pushing the critical damage cap 

Base - 50%

Monomyth major force - 20%

Brittle from chilled - 10%

Animal companion passives - 10%

Medium armor passives - 5x = 10%

Shadow mundus - 11%

Aedric spear skill line - 12%

Minor force - 10%

133% critical damage.. acuity proc with northern storm balorgh proc and deep fissure absolutely melting just about anybody.

I still need to fully play test this so crit damage may come down if switch from medium to heavy armor and run the lover mundus.
