Tri-Resto gives Major Endurance, Major Fortitude, and Major Intellect
With Assassination ability Concealed Weapon slotted, dealing critical damage grants you Minor Savagery.

Other features

Shrewd Offering is the only usable one since Oakensoul gives Minor Mending, which is the only benefit for the Healthy Offering. Since Oaken covers that, the only usable morph is Shrewd Offering.
Shrewd is the Nighblade's best heal, and procs the 8% more max magicka and the +3% healing done. Casting grants ultimate once every 4 seconds.
Shadowy Disguise makes for a nice escape and a source of invisibility.
Dark Cloak is a good self heal while not moving, if you want to forego invisibility.
Either way, Cloak/Disguise procs +3% more max health.
Concealed Weapon additionally procs assassin passives, granting flank penetration, critical rating, and allowing you to deal more crit damage and the ability to gain Minor Savagery when you deal crit damage.
