The first setup is a scramble of random sets found. Various Options.
The other setups are possible builds.
Used Nightblade for potential of passive abilities carrying over to werewolf, but doubtful. Worth an attempt.
Mythics:
Belharza's Band: light attack mayhem
Oakensoul: Buff extraordinaire! Minor Heroism for restoring Lycanthrope faster, and majority of boosts.
Shapeshifter's Chain: Heavy Attacks Galore (used to restore lycanthrope faster, also the extra resources and lower WW costs are nice)
Light Attack Heaven:
Blood Moon is your primary set. Increases damage and attack speed of light attacks greatly.
The mythic Belharza's Band is secondary, granting a further damage buff.
There are a few choices for tertiary set.
A) Arms of Relequin - Trial Set. Has a perfected variant. Stacks once per half second up to 10 times, lasts 5 seconds, deals 52 damage per stack, meaning up to 520 dps. Perfected grants extra stamina. Grants Minor Slayer, granting 5% more damage to monsters in certain zones.
B) Hist Whisperer: heal and resource restore on light and heavy attacks
C) Kinras Wrath: after hitting 5 times, and maintaining constant hits, gain an aura granting you 10% increased damage and allies 5% increased damage, Via Major Berserk for you and Minor Berserk for allies.
D) Noble Duelists Silks: extreme damage vs monsters. Useless for PvP.
I'd either use Kinras or Hist.
Heavy Attack Heaven:
Oaken/Shapeshifters is used to get into WW faster.
Shapeshifters extra resources give slight damage boost and the reduces cost gives better uptime on the roar.
Oakensoul's regenerations and buffs grant great restore which can keep roar active more often. As wells as improve your damage and defense.
FEROCIOUS ROAR morph of Roar Required. That's what gives the heavy attack speed boost.
If using Oakensoul, it's better to go Howl of Agony, as Oaken already gives you the buffs from Howl of Despair. If running in a group, you can still run the other but let them use the synergy so they get the buffs you already have.
Options:
A) Knight Slayer: Oblivion Damage is awesome
B) Arms of Relequin
C) Kinras Wrath: Major Berserk does stack with Oaken's Minor Berserk
D) Noble Duelist: Monster Killer
E) Embershield: In case you want some extra resistance with a side of flame AoE
F) Sunderflame: Apply Minor Breach and a flame DoT
G) Sergeant's Mail: Heavy Attack damage booster - even works against players
H) Queen's Elegance: Better with Shapeshifters than Oaken, as Oaken already gives Empower. Light attacks reduce the cost of Roar, if used within 2 seconds. Heavy Attacks grant Empower, which Oaken already gives, but that is useful with Shapeshifters.
I) Infallible Mage: Criticals, Minor Slayer (useless with Oaken, but good for Shapeshifters), more heavy attack damage vs monsters, Heavy Attacks apply Minor Vulnerability
J) Hist Whisperer: resource restorations
My main would be Knight Slayer, secondary probably Sergeant's Mail. Probably Oaken, might use Shapeshifters. Depends on which keeps better uptime of WW.
