To start out with this is mostly a meme build. This is not a meta BiS 10/10 build. I made this just for the fun of it and cause I like ice magic. You can still do vet content and HM's even though it's a meme build.

Flex Skills

• Mystic orb can be replace by any other skill.
• Bird of Prey can be replace by Camouflaged Hunter if you want to save on potions.
• Channeled Acceleration can be replace with Barded Trap.
• If you don't want to run Bear then you can slot another ultimate as long as Dawnbreaker is on front bar for Fighter's Guild passive.

Rotation

 Like with necromancers and their Blastbones you want to make sure your Shalks are always active. Also never let betty drop since you get major brutality and sorcery from it.

bar = switching between front and back bars

Pre-fight: (Channeled acceleration → Blue Betty)

Sub assault → Fetcher infection → bar → Wall of Elements → Winter's Revenge → Orb → Arctic Blast → bar → Sub Assault (if it's already proc twice) → Destructive Reach (spam)

 *When a skill drops recast it

 *use ults whenever you can

 When you have time between Shalks and your DoTs you can use your spammable.
