Immortal Tank for Non-Trial Content - Arcanist Построй PvE - ESO

This build is exact opposite of the tank meta but it's really fun for non-trial content. 

By using two magicka recovering sets you will just block and wait for things to happen. And nothing will happen.

Even most of the one-shot mechanics won't be able to kill you with your endless magicka recovering.

Still your mana may go low from time to time but it will be a really small timeframe and you will be able to regain it by drinking a cheap magicka potion or doing a couple of heavy attacks.
