In-between each ability you should be weaving light attacks, if you don't know what that means, it is light attacking before casting every ability. It helps generate ultimate, proc enchants/poison and keep pressure on the opponent.

Unlike my other builds I don't have a lot to say about this one since there is no buff rotation since you're wearing oaken soul and no burst rotation since you're on a healer

This build is focused around Practiced Incantation. You have a lot of Ulti gen and reduced cost it comes back so quick its basically a normal ability. 

Just use heal rotation for casual healing and use Breath of Life for burst heals if ally is low. Also if someone gets hit by a Dawn Breaker USE EXTENDED RITUAL, The dot on that Ult has a lot of pressure and can get your team killed

Outside of that just make sure to heavy attack before every Ult so you can get Major Mending and your Ult will heal for more.

Heal Rotation: Heavy Attack Extended Ritual → Healing Springs → Energy Orb → Radiating Regeneration 

Explanation: The reasoning behind heavy attacking before your rotation is to proc Major mending from Essence Drain passive and it keeps resources up use a potion when low on stam or mana
