If you need survivability you can change up the Attributes. Try to stay in the range of 32-44 Health with the rest in Stamina.
Races are of minor concern and not at all mandatory for the build.
For the Melee section:
Regarding the Armor. You can change up to two pieces of medium into reinforced heavy, if you feel like you need more survivability. You can also change the Impen Trait to Well fitted if you pprefer a more roll heavy playstyle or run a lot.
You can change the mythic for either Markyns or the Ring of the Wild Hunt. If you do change Englufing Flames to Flames of Oblivion on your frontbar.
