With this chapter, players returned to Skyrim. Western Skyrim, to be precise. A huge new story arc continued in this chapter, with players not only being able to explore the zone above, but also the zone below in the Blackreach caverns.
Players got to experience a new form of gameplay - Antiquities. They could now unearth various treasures and relics scattered throughout Tamriel and had their own skill lines. There were furnishings, Mythic items, a mount, siege weapons, treasures and much more to be found. Also, like in the chapters before, ESO got a new trial, called Kyne's Aegis and a new World Event, the Harrowstorms.
This chapter also brought a major update to Vampires, with a focus on improving the entire experience as a Vampire. The entire skill line was reworked, active as well as passive skills, three new abilities were added and they got a powerful Ultimate. Update 26 also brought several optimizations to both the server and client to improve game performance. There were also several updates to Imperial City, as well as now being able to change your Alliance and the addition of Precision Editing Mode for housing fans.
And, finally, all Russian players could now enjoy localized Russian text in-game with this update.

Antiquities, a new way to find items of all kinds, whether useful or not. You have Leads which you can investigate and which you need to Scrye and Excavate. There's a few very useful antiquities which you can either sell for gold, use as furnishing in your house, or wear as a rare Mythic item which buffs you in unexpected ways
New Trial: Kyne's Aegis, a new 12-player trial with hardmodes for every boss
New Item Sets, Collectibles, Achievements, Dyes & Titles
Vampire Updates, entirely new skill line with 3 new skills and a powerful Ultimate
Performance Improvements, server optimization and stability improvements, as well as client optimization and stability improvements
Imperial City Updates, making repeatable daily quests more group friendly
Housing Precision Editing Mode
New Achievements
Updated Character Select Screen
Crown Store Additions, Vampire and Werewolf Skill Lines are now purchasable when you have already leveled them before on a toon, the Alliance Change Token, where you can change your alliance from the character select screen, and the Western Skyrim Skyshards, which you can buy if you have collected them on one character already
