How much does it cost to fully upgrade inventory in ESO?
With Update 49 prices: 100,000 gold for bag upgrades and 400,000 gold for bank upgrades. Mount training costs 10,000 gold for carry capacity. Total gold cost for one character: 510,000 gold.
Do bag upgrades carry over to new characters in ESO?
No. Bag upgrades and mount training are character-specific. Bank upgrades are account-wide.
What is the fastest way to max mount carry capacity in ESO?
Train daily at a Stablemaster. With Update 49, each session grants 3 points instead of 1, reducing the time from 60 days to 20 days. Crown Riding Lessons still grant only 1 point per use.
Are the Crown Store inventory pets worth buying?
Each pet adds 5 permanent slots to every character on your account. If you play multiple characters, the value multiplies. At 1,200 Crowns each, they are a reasonable investment for players who struggle with inventory space in ESO.
Can I access ESO housing storage from anywhere?
No. You must physically travel to a house and interact with the storage chest or coffer. Banker assistants and crafting stations cannot access housing storage.
What happens to my Craft Bag if I cancel ESO Plus?
Your materials remain in the Craft Bag. You can withdraw and use them freely, but you cannot deposit new materials until you resubscribe.
Is creating a personal guild for storage worth it in ESO?
It can be. A guild bank provides 500 slots, which is substantial. However, you need to maintain at least 10 members to deposit items. If you have friends or inactive accounts willing to stay in the guild, it works well. Otherwise, housing storage may be more practical.
Do I get a free bag upgrade in ESO?
Yes. If you reach level 12 without purchasing any bag upgrades, you receive a free upgrade from 60 to 70 slots.
What is the maximum inventory size in ESO?
215 slots per character: 140 from bag upgrades, 60 from mount training and 15 from Crown Store pets.
Where can I find Pack Merchants in ESO?
Pack Merchants are located in most major cities and starter towns. The inventory UI in Update 49 also includes a direct "Upgrade Bag Space" button, removing the need to find a merchant.
