MagBlade No Proc No Cp - Nightblade Построй PvP - ESO

 This build is good for a upclose quick burst/gank, but also has great sustain with heals and buffs so can brawl. Does well Solo and in Small Groups providing huge burst heals and crowd control. 
 

Quick Burst/Gank Rotation: Pop Alliance Potion, Cloak, Heavy Attack into Soul Harvest, Concealed Weapon until enemy is below 25% health.  Keep in mind who you are attacking and if it's reasonable to pull off the burst to get the kill. Using Mass Hysteria can help pull off a second burst if used correctly.

Buffs and Survival Tatics 

Sap Essence to buff Spell Damage when not using Alliance Pot. We should be using Tri-Pots at all times when not trying to pull a Gank/Quick Burst.

Vigor and Cloak boost our resistances so keeping them up is essential 

Healthy Offering is our Burst Heals with Refreshing Path offering a Heal Over Time, also increasing our Speed and Recoveries.

Funnel Health offers great range damage and heals when facing multiple enemies. So Cloaking and Funneling from a distance.

Mass Hysteria is my Crowd Control/ OH Shit I gotta get out of here. Fearing the enemies essentially stunning them you can switch bars and quickly pull of a Burst Rotation especially if they are out of stamina and can't break free. You can also use Mass Hysteria to quikly escape sticky situations. Using Resto Ult or Refreshing Paths,  switching bars and Cloaking away. You can quickly gain distance and reset.

Sustain:

Tri-Pots and Resto Heavy Attacks greatly help restore resources while on back bar in between  buffing/healing.
