This build focuses on penetration and spell damage for offense while using crit surge for survivability. The shock enchant on the staff procs consussion which will enables the lightning wall of elements to proc off balance. The exploiter CP star gives 10% extra damage against off balance enemies. Summon Charged Atronach also procs concussion on enemies. If playing with another player make sure they use the atronach's synergy to proc Major Berserk for an additional 10% damage increase.
