• highest (weapon or spell, stamina or magicka) damage stats are being used for damage calculation: http://esoitem.uesp.net/viewSkills.php  - hybridization doesn't imply that you have to mix glyphs or enchantments (!)
• the 2h skill Carve adds a temporary shield, that helps to maintain Harponeer's Kilt stacks (direct damage does not incure, because it's shielded)
• theoretically, this could be played with Bahsei, but that set has less crit bonus and it is harder to manage (Khajit race passives apply, therefore more crit % is better)
• the amount of Stamina is low to trigger the Coral Riptide bonus effect faster (which is max'ed at 33% Stam)
• only use Dark Convergence for PUGs, otherwise Tzorgvin (portal DD for Vet Raids) or Pillars of Nirn (meta)
  • the timeout of Dark Convergence has been increased with U35, but other back bar proc sets that can be used
    • both Dark Convergence and Titanic Cleave have a damage proc effect, that isn't capped (hack & slay build)
  • not so useful imho: Rush of Agony ( https://eso-sets.com/set/rush-of-agony )  Rush ability being Stampede - you'd need to front bar this at least or use a NB ability (Teleport strike) at the back bar

• use Witchmothers food or something else that adds Magicka reg
  • use Magicka Pots, because many DoTs and execute skills use the Magicka morph
