Intro

The goal of the build is to maximize Puncturing Sweep.

Skill Rotation

1. Banner Bearer (Activate and Forget) = focus script Multi-Target provides 6% extra damage to all AOE skills at all times if not deactivated
2. Solar Barrage (Activate Every 20 sec) = provides 5% extra damage to all Class Skills
3. Stampede (Activate Every 15 sec) = not just a gap closer, adds an AOE DOT
4. Puncturing Sweep (SPAM) = your main damage ability and heal
5. Ring of Preservation (When Needed) = provides a passive 3% extra damage at all times with Fighters Guild passive Slayer and an added heal
6. Flawless Dawnbreaker (Boss) = provides an added 3% extra damage at all times with Fighters Guild passive Slayer

Skill Passives + Champion Points

All Passives and CP should be the goal, but I've chosen a few if you are low on points.

Gear

The gear is flexible, but Deadly Strikes and Tide-Born are some of the highest damage increases without a proc set needed and both synergizes well with Puncturing Sweep.

Race

Any will do, but High Elf is best in slot. Dark Elf and Khajiit are the most flexible when it comes to swapping between Stamina and Magicka builds.

Flex Spots

If you want to change things up I would suggest playing around with alternative skills for Ring of Preservation. A good option would be Channeled Focus from the Restoring Light skill line, which will boost Banner Bearer signature script Class Mastery, heal you and help with sustain. Another option would be Razor Caltrops from the Assault skill line, this will grant you Major Breach boosting offensive penetration.
