As with any other build now adays, there is a dynamic rotation that goes with this build.
Pre-Buff:
- Deadly Cloak
Pre-Engage:
- Ice Comet
Initial Rotation:
- Arrow Barrage
- Shadow Silk (Or Caltrops)
- Poison Injection
- Barbed Trap
- Blood Craze
- Rapid Strikes Spam
After this, it's as simple as keeping up your Buffs and DoTs and casting your Ice Comet Ulti whenever it is available. You can use the dawnbreaker ult when nearing the end of the parse and you don't have enough time to build up the mages guild ult.
