These are some of my favorite healer builds in ESO. These are also the main gear-sets that most groups will want a healer to have. Perfected gear is nice but not a huge deal.

Rotation: Start on backbar: 1-2-3 Swap to front bar: 1-2-3-3-4 | 3-3-4-2-1 -> then start over again from backbar. FYI: the backbar ulti is much better than the frontbar.
