Healers are usually expected to provide Minor Berserk and Minor Resolve to their team using Combat Prayer. This build provides both buffs in a different way, so we can use Funnel Health as our main spammable instead, allowing us to do damage while we heal. You can also spam Sap Essence in large packs of enemies to deal AOE damage and heal your team. In fights with fewer targets, just use it once every 30 seconds to buff your damage and healing. You can use Healthy Offering to increase your healing (including from Funnel Health) for 10 seconds, and it's also helpful to have it slotted in case you need to heal someone rapidly or don't have a target you can siphon from. 

You can use whatever maelstrom weapon you like for the back bar, but I prefer a stamina weapon, as otherwise sustain is difficult.
