I really liked his build, but I play a nightblade, so I wanted to change his up a little bit. I also wanted a different spammable for more AOE. And.. I didn't really want to use Oakensoul too much since I feel like we can get most of the buffs we want and still use a stronger mythic. I didn't take Dawn's Wrath because I have an execute in Impale, and I think Assassination's passives are stronger than Dawn's Wrath.
So I replaced Oakensoul with Velothi's, dive with Destructive Clench, and added a few "while slotted on either bar" abilities to the back bar to cover some more buffs. I won't even switch to the back bar, so we're a one-bar build.. with two bars. This is nice because now we have 3 slots on the back bar that we can put abilities we want to level up (thanks U49!). Honestly, I suppose you could put a heal here too if you wanted to, but.. then you'd be a 2 bar build so really it's up to you.
In single target, I'd probably switch destructive clench with Screaming Cliff Racer (giving us more crit damage from Animal Companions passive), or maybe one of the Runeblades from Herald of the Tome (giving us more penetration instead).
Rotation is basically: Activate Recuperative Treatise, cast Deep Fissure.. wait like .5s, then start casting Magical Explosion. Then start using your spam while keeping the other ones going off. The rotation of deep fissure (major breach) into magical explosion into a destructive clench.. HURTS. I haven't done a parse just because I'm pretty casual and I've never done a parse for anything.. but I am curious how this would perform so I'll look into HOW to do a parse right and try to get one done.
NOTE: Since heavy attacks are nerfed so badly by Velothi's, I've been testing a setup using no mythic (until I get a better one for this build) and instead, using 2 pieces of Ilambris. I've also changed Magical Explosion's 3rd script to be the off-balance one, so that heavy attacks hit even harder (even with changing my food, sustain is hard sometimes).
